Five ways to clock in. Combine them however you like.
Not every team works the same way, so Auria HR doesn't force you into a single system. Choose the method that fits each role — or several at once — and clock in and out in real time from a single panel.

Your team records their hours with one tap on their phone — ideal for anyone without a fixed desk.

Nothing to install, clock in with one click
Anyone already at a desk clocks in from the browser in a single click, without leaving their usual workflow.

Fast and contactless
Set up a reader at the entrance and each person clocks in by showing their QR code in seconds. Zero friction.

One gesture and done: the reader recognises each worker instantly. Elegant, comfortable and error-proof.

Yes. Time tracking is a legal requirement, and Auria HR lets you enable geolocation as an optional, proportionate feature, with employee consent and only during clock-in.
They can request a correction from the app, and their manager approves it in one click. The correction is logged with who made it and when, without losing legal traceability.
Yes. Each employee or work centre can use whichever method suits them best, and every clock-in is centralised in the same time record.
Records are kept for the 4 years required by law, and you can export them to PDF or Excel at any time, for example for a labour inspection.
Best of all: you can combine several methods at once
You don't have to pick just one. Let your office clock in from the computer, your sales reps from their phones, and your factory floor with NFC cards. Everything is recorded in the same Auria HR, with the same traceability and no duplicated work.
