Auria HR was born in Galicia with a simple idea: a team's time and talent deserve clear tools, not endless spreadsheets. Today we help more than 1,200 companies run their day to day without friction.
Our story
We started by solving our own problem
Managing time records for a small workshop meant chasing paper signatures and reconciling hours at month end. We could not find a tool that was both simple for workers and complete for managers. So we built it.
Auria HR grew by listening to HR managers, shift leads and frontline workers. Every feature starts from a real conversation with the person who will use it. That is why the interface is understandable without training and time tracking is compliant from day one.
We are still an independent team, focused on product and grounded in reality. No endless rounds or empty promises: software that works and support that replies.

What is Auria HR?
- Auria HR
- A human resources software (HRIS) that centralises time tracking, leave, payroll, climate surveys and more in a single web and mobile platform for Spanish companies.
- Time and attendance tracking
- A legal requirement in Spain (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019) to record every employee’s working hours daily. Auria HR automates it with a timestamp and a 4-year retention period.
- GDPR and EU-hosted data
- The General Data Protection Regulation is the European privacy law. Auria HR hosts its customers’ data on servers within the European Union.
- Flexible benefits
- A compensation model that lets part of a salary go towards tax-exempt benefits such as meal vouchers, transport or childcare, manageable from Auria HR.
